Renewable Energy with Anello Mollica
Oct 17 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Part of Earth Science Week Events:

Breweries take a lot of resources to operate. While many breweries are approaching this with a mindful attitude, there are few breweries doing it as well as Central Waters Brewing Company. They are not one to use their incredible efforts into Sustainable Energy to boast, so we will do it for them. A brewery that has silently made advances into renewable energy and reduced waste brewing deserves more recognition than they currently receive. We are talking about a brewery that was the first into Wisconsin’s Green Tier program and is the only Wisconsin brewery in the state’s Green Masters program. These guys are dedicated to making sure that their business is leaving a positive impact on the natural world.

All this is on top of making world class beers.

Anello Mollica, co-owner of Central Waters, is coming to the 8th Street Ale Haus to talk about these strides in sustainability as it relates to the brewery as well as the state. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about this intricate topic, which is becoming more and more important as breweries continue to open and expand. These ideas and concepts have applications that are applicable to other businesses as well.

Please join us for a night of great discussion and of course great beer. Anello is bringing some great beers along because talking about brewing up renewable energy without beer seems beside the point.

This event will take place in the Sheboygan Beer Company taproom on Wednesday October 17th starting at 7pm and is open to the public.
